Terms and Conditions for Aescape Massage Gift Certificates

Effective Date: 11/26/24

  1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of gift certificates (“Gift Certificates”) issued by Aescape (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a Gift Certificate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Participating Locations  Aescape Gift Certificates are only redeemable at participating locations, many of whom can be found here and are subject to change. 
  3. Delivery  Gift Certificate will be delivered in the form of codes via email to the purchaser of the Gift Certificate.
  4. No Expiration Date  All Gift Certificates have no expiration date. You may use your Gift Certificate at any time without concern for expiration.
  5. No Fees There are no additional fees associated with the purchase or use of Gift Certificates. This includes no dormancy fees, no administrative fees, no surcharges, etc.
  6. Promotional Value  If a Gift Certificate includes promotional value, the promotional value expires after 365 days. The amount paid remains valid. 
  7. Individual Massages  Gift Certificates are valid for individual massages only. They cannot be redeemed for a specific dollar amount or used as cash. Each Gift Certificate corresponds to one massage session.
  8. Account Creation  Recipients of Gift Certificates will be required to create an Aescape account and make an appointment in order to redeem the Gift Certificate. Recipients must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. An account is not required to purchase a Gift Certificate.   
  9. Subscriptions  Only valid for one individual, abuse may result in pause or cancellation of subscription.
  10. Rescheduling and Cancellation  Once an appointment has been made, it may be subject to rescheduling and cancellation fees. Rescheduling and cancellation fees are set by each participating location. 
  11. Refund Policy  Aescape reserves the right to issue refunds to the purchaser of the Gift Certificate. 
  12. Fraud  Aescape reserves the right to cancel Gift Certificates and/or Member accounts when fraud is suspected. 
  13. Not Valid with Other Offers  Aescape Gift Certificates cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. 
  14. Lost or Stolen Certificates  Aescape is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate codes
  15. Tracking Purchaser Information  Aescape will track the state of the purchaser for the purpose of complying with escheat state laws. This means we may collect information you submit regarding your location and any applicable laws surrounding unclaimed property.

  17. Modifications Aescape reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Gift Certificates after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
  18. Governing Law  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.
  19. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using a Gift Certificate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
